ROBOMARKET operates as an online marketplace platform that connects buyers with manufacturers or authorized sellers ("Manufacturers") of robotics and related products ("Products"). ROBOMARKET does not design, manufacture, store, inspect, or endorse any Products listed on the Platform. We facilitate transactions between buyers and Manufacturers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROBOMARKET shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any Products purchased through the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from Product use, misuse, defects, or failure.

All technical specifications, performance claims, safety assurances, and warranty obligations are the sole responsibility of the respective Manufacturers. ROBOMARKET makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, functionality, or suitability of any Products.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code or unauthorized access attempts
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures

All transactions are conducted directly between you and the Manufacturers. ROBOMARKET may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchases.

Pricing, availability, and shipping terms are determined by individual Manufacturers. ROBOMARKET is not responsible for pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or shipping delays.

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by ROBOMARKET or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Product listings, descriptions, and images remain the property of their respective Manufacturers. ROBOMARKET has a limited license to display such content on the Platform.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ROBOMARKET MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including those relating to liability limitations and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ROBOMARKET.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
